  I hired Perfection last year and it was easily the best experience I've had with plumbers. The man they sent, Liam, immediately figured out the issue and cleared it quickly. He actually listened to everything I had to say about it and answered all my questions clearly and fully. A year on, the work he did is still solid. No problems or side effects have cropped up. The above might seem like what you'd simply expect of someone you've contracted, but the reality is that no other plumbers have done such impeccable work for me. I have more work I want done this year and I'll definitely be calling them back, making sure to ask for Liam.

  Tom provided the best customer service. Very knowledgeable, called to let us know he was running behind schedule and when he was on route. He explained everything during the entire process and provided peace of mind and resolved our issues. Thank you so much.

  Tom was fantastic. He was calm around my big dog and he was very friendly to us. He handled the issue immediately, but only after showing/explaining the cost to me first.
